What material are your products made of?
Our Wordmark Collection is made from premium 100% cotton. Our Graphic Series uses the same quality cotton with detailed, long-lasting prints. Exact fabric details are listed on each product page.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Orders within Europe typically arrive faster thanks to local production hubs outside Europe, delivery may take a bit longer depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 2-5 business days, plus shipping time depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do your prices include tax?
Yes, all prices shown include applicable VAT for EU customers. No surprises at checkout.
Is shipping free?
Orders over €70 within Europe ship free. Below that, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
What sizes do you offer?
Our tees and hoodies run true to size in a relaxed, oversized fit. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are limited runs and won't return once they're gone. Others may be restocked, follow us on Instagram to stay updated on drops and restocks.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every piece is made to order, we can't offer exchanges but if something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out to us within 14 days and we'll sort it out.
How do I know what I'm ordering is authentic MAXES?
We only sell through our official website. If you see Maxes products elsewhere, it's not us.
