Custom & Made-to-Order Products All MAXES products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Gelato. As these are personalised goods produced specifically upon ordering, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at maxesclothing@gmail.com with:

- A clear photo of the issue
We will offer a free reprint or a full refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of our confirmation and returned to your original payment method.
